Employee Feedback Initiative Project

A marketing initiative to get employees honest opinions and improve the feeling of belonging across the entire company. The logo I designed plays off of our already-existing arrow graphic logo and I designed it to be more welcoming. Handwritten typography adds a touch of a human character and friendliness. The responses from employees were all up-beat and positive. Also, the survey received a generous amount of responses than previously with this new addition of branding.
